A section of westbound I-84 near the interchange of I-684 in Southeast has reopened after a fatal crash that shut down both lanes late Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred just east of the I-684 junction, between Exit 20 (684) and Exit 19 (Route 312).
The roadway had remained closed through the evening commute as the investigation on the scene continued following the 3:30 p.m. crash.
